Innovation does not begin until we start within ourselves. In a typical case, a cell phone from 150 years ago still looks similar today. Also, shoes from 2,000 years ago look very modern like the running shoes we use today. Do you see the problem I am trying to address here? It seems like we are evolving and our work and lifestyles are becoming easier, yet in reality we are evolving more slowly than it seems.
If we truly want to evolve to the extreme and make our lives more entertaining, healthy, and easier, then the secret key I would like to point out is to evolve ourselves first. The human body is like a machine; it lives off of energy for us to do work, if we do not provide the necessities that our body needs, then we won’t be able to even move.
So, we should be evolving ourselves mentally and physically, creative writing is an essential tool to evolve the mind. It unleashes many ideas and imaginations to our mind, it can help us evolve mentally. Teaching and promoting creative writing in schools to young students will help us build mentally creative future leaders who will generate amazing ideas and put them to reality which will benefit our world excessively.
As for physically evolving, we can use the technology and intelligence we have now to produce a product that would reverse our aging. This would make us younger, healthier, and stronger and would help us to work, live, and evolve even longer and better. Then if we invent a successful product that will stimulate our youth, health, and energy, we must think of evolving the world’s biggest issues. An exemplification: Mining, Climate Change, and Destructive Artificial Intelligence.
After we take care of ourselves we must take care of the world’s biggest dilemmas then we will start evolving rapidly. But the problem with our world today is that people are focusing on evolving entertainment. For instance: I see commercials for new versions of products and their purposes are just for entertainment. Like a new updated version of a phone, TV, or VR. That is the problem, we cannot evolve fully if we are only evolving our world for entertainment.
For example, if we plan to create a technical and mechanical product that will help improve mining, we would gain more natural resources and we can use these natural resources to invent more products that will help our world. Solving the bigger problems first will leave us with excess collected natural resources from the earth, and will transform the earth into a healthier planet it once was. It will also help us to invent more products from it, which will make our world evolve faster.
If we keep using these natural resources to make something that is not for our health, safety, easier lifestyle, products to help us, and products to make us stronger, then we will run out of natural resources to invent something to solve one of our biggest problems. We cannot just waste all of these materials on something that just entertains us instead of benefitting and making us stronger.
