Planets revolve around the sun.
Why isn’t it that the sun also revolves around them?
They rotate and revolve tirelessly
and the sun stays in one place.
The asteroids roam around as if
the galaxy’s a garden.
Why can’t planets also chat,
rest, and move on?
Why do comets race with each other
while the planets are made to watch such pleasure?
Why is the whole galaxy a home for every celestial body
but an office for our neighbours and our home?
