What is the point of a family
That is full of snakes
That’s what you are, a liar
Wearing a mask so well
That everyone believes they know you
Yet they never see the truth beneath
My back is against the wall
With no one left to rely on
Everything feels pointless now
In a life that was meant to be lived
Not merely survived
Don’t give me thirteen reasons
Why I should meet my creator
How foolish would I be
To throw away something
I still don’t understand
And yet how terrifying it is
To stand before the endless universe
Feeling so small, so forgotten
I guess life feels meaningless sometimes
Not everything comes true
No matter how hard your mind believes
No matter how desperately you hope
Even when you spend your life
Trying to make everyone happy
You somehow become
The loneliest person alive
I have always been the unknown
A face everyone recognizes
But a soul no one truly knows
They speak about me
As if they understand me
Yet never take the time
To know who I am
They say blood is thicker than water
But to me it feels like poison
It burns through my veins
Turning love into hurt
And trust into scars
Maybe I’m the mistake
Maybe I’ve been told this so often
That I’ve started to believe it
I guess this is what life becomes
The moment you finally rise
Someone finds a way
To tear everything down
Now I lie within my kingdom of darkness
Surrounded by silence
No family
No friends
Only loneliness sitting beside me
In an empty room
While the echoes of everything I lost
Whisper through the walls
And remind me
Just how alone I feel
