What’s the difference between a human and a human?
I was born here in “The Land of Opportunities,”
but that doesn’t mean I won’t stand up for those who weren’t.
Speaking of “The Land of Opportunities,”
how many people that came for a better life, have a better life?
I could have sworn I’ve heard my mom saying
how she struggles more here than when she was in Mexico.
Sure there are more jobs, but take a look at how much they get paid.
What’s the difference between a human and a human?
Oh wait, they are both humans!
Now I wonder why, when humans see other humans, they think, “Ew it’s different.”
What’s the difference between a human and a human?
Ask someone from the 1940’s in Germany.
Weren’t they made the same way?
What do you have that they don’t?
They have a soul, they have a spirit.
There was no need for Nazi brutality.
Ask someone from the 1950’s here in the U.S.
What do you have that they don’t?
They have skin, hair, arms and legs.
Money?
Give them a chance to get a job and they have it.
There was no need for KKK brutality.
Now ask someone from 2019.
What do you have that they don’t?
They can speak, they have a voice.
Citizenship?
Well they won’t have it if you don’t let them in.
There was no need for a wall.
You know what we do need?
Bridges.
